We are only able to deliver where there is safe & straightforward access so as to ensure that health & safety requirements are met.
Free delivery is not available for portable items such as small appliances, heaters, microwaves.& vacuums.
We provide a connection service for most items.

Please be aware that although our installers are trained they
are not plumbers, electricians or carpenters. Also, unless we are advised of any potential difficulties they will only have a limited time available. If there are any unexpected difficulties they will endeavour to fit your appliance but there may be occasions where we will have to rebook for additional plumbing/carpentry or gas/electrical work, which may incur additional charges.
There will also be an additional charge for any parts required for connection which are not supplied with the appliance e.g. plumbing fittings, gas hoses, safety chains, electric cable,
extra length hoses.
When fitting built in appliances the service is subject to the appliance fitting the space without additional carpentry & to suitable cupboard doors being available. If any additional work or modification of units is required we may have to rebook for the additional work which will incur additional charges dependent on the work involved.
Where necessary we will carry out a pre-purchase survey.
